• Booking details processed by our scheduling provider (for example Calendly, Acuity, or Fresha), including name, contact details, appointment type, and payment status if you pay a deposit online.
• Basic analytics if enabled (for example Plausible Analytics): aggregated, privacy-friendly usage statistics without personal advertising profiles.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

We process data to perform our contract with you (appointments), for our legitimate interests (running the business and improving the website), and where required to meet legal obligations. Where we rely on consent (for example non-essential cookies), you can withdraw it at any time.

Processors & transfers

Booking, email, hosting, and analytics may use services based in the UK, EEA, or US with appropriate safeguards (such as UK IDTA / EU SCCs where applicable). Check your booking confirmation for the name of the processor handling payments and calendar data.

Retention

We keep booking and client records only as long as needed for appointments, accounting, and legal defence, then delete or anonymise them in line with our internal schedule.

Your rights
