Policies

We want every appointment to run smoothly. Please read the following before you book. They form part of your agreement with Style Deluxe.

Bookings & deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for longer appointments or home visits. The amount and how to pay will be confirmed when you book.
  • Your slot is held once any required deposit is received. The balance is due at the appointment unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move your appointment where possible. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
  • To reschedule, reply to your confirmation message or contact us with your booking details.

Lateness

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten the service or rebook so the next client is not kept waiting.

Hair preparation

  • Arrive with hair clean and detangled unless we have agreed a wash is included.
  • Take down previous extensions before braiding appointments unless you have booked a removal add-on.

Allergies & scalp health

  • Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions before we start. Some products may require a patch test.
  • We do not give medical advice. Speak to your GP for clinical concerns.

Children

  • Children are welcome for age-appropriate styles when a parent or guardian stays for the full appointment.
